- Alarm — monitored, or on-site personnel during stated hours
- Evidence of commercial property and public liability insurance
- Measured clearance dimensions for every bay type offered
- A named contact and an emergency contact on file
Expected
- Response to a Request to Store within one business day
- At least two vehicle-care services, delivered consistently
- Written storage rules supplied to every owner
- Photographs updated when the facility materially changes
- Re-verification annually, and after any material change
