A multi-bay indoor vehicle-storage facility with cars on lifts
For professional hosts

Fill your unused vehicle-storage capacity.

Connect with owners looking for secure 3, 6 and 12-month storage for premium vehicles — not casual parking, and not price shoppers.

Who this is for

Operators with capacity, not householders with a spare bay.

Warehouse operators

Secure floor area that is not earning what it could between tenancies or seasons.

Specialist car storage

Existing facilities looking for qualified long-term demand without paying for it twice.

Prestige workshops

A secure rear bay that is empty most of the year, and customers who already trust you with their cars.

Dealerships

Secure yard or building capacity that is only used at peak.

Commercial facilities

Gated, monitored premises with undercover space to spare.

Collector facilities

Private collections with room and staff already in place.

What you get

Built for capacity, not for a single garage.

  • Multi-bay listings — List capacity rather than a single space, with per-bay availability and automatic hiding when full.
  • Availability calendar — Block dates, stage handovers and manage turnover without emailing anyone.
  • Team access — More than one person can manage requests, with separate accounts and an audit trail of who did what.
  • Services as revenue — Attach battery care, inspections, photo reports, detailing and transport to bookings and bill them monthly.
  • Qualified demand — Owners arrive having already filtered on security, clearance and access — not price shoppers looking for a night's parking.
  • One payout cycle — All bookings, all bays, one reconciliation.

Talk to us

Why aggregate private and professional supply?

Because vehicle owners do not think in those terms. Someone looking for storage in Alexandria wants the right space for their car — sometimes that is a collector's private warehouse, sometimes it is a staffed facility.

Listing both in one search, graded on the same criteria, is what makes the comparison honest. It also means a professional facility competes on what it is genuinely better at — security, staff, services — rather than on being the only option shown.

The commercial arrangement

Listing cost
Free
Platform fee
On successful bookings only
Founding operators
Reduced introductory rate
Subscription option
Planned, not required
Payout cycle
Scheduled after each billing period

Fee rates are set commercially and confirmed in your agreement. They are configurable per host — nothing is hard-coded — so a founding operator's reduced rate is a settings change, not an exception someone has to remember.

Standards

What a professional listing has to meet.

The same four verification areas as every other listing, applied with the expectations you would expect of a commercial operator.

Required

  • Enclosed or genuinely undercover storage on a hard, sealed surface
  • Controlled entry, with access logged or supervised
  • Alarm — monitored, or on-site personnel during stated hours
  • Evidence of commercial property and public liability insurance
  • Measured clearance dimensions for every bay type offered
  • A named contact and an emergency contact on file

Expected

  • Response to a Request to Store within one business day
  • At least two vehicle-care services, delivered consistently
  • Written storage rules supplied to every owner
  • Photographs updated when the facility materially changes
  • Re-verification annually, and after any material change
